Marriott International, Inc. will be bringing the luxury St. Regis Hotels & Resorts brand to Costa Rica with the debut of the St. Regis Papagayo, to open in early 2027.?
The St. Regis Papagayo will begin construction this July. Marriott and Solana PA, S.R.L. will partner to bring the resort to life, with Mexican architecture firm Sordo Madaleno designing the 20-hectare property.

The resort will offer 120 hotel rooms and 143 residential units, with six different culinary concepts, the St. Regis library, several swimming pools, a spa, beach club and around 10,000 square feet of indoor-outdoor event spaces.?
Located in Peninsula Papagayo, the resort will offer its own beachfront and views of the gulf, located just 25 minutes from Liberia International Airport.
